This week at the gym. How to style workout outfits.

Sometimes going to the gym can be daunting. Lately, I have gained some weight and nothing fits. I would go to the gym in Ben’s old shirts and my baggy sweatpants. That doesn’t exactly make a lady feel like a million bucks.

But, if you keep at it, keep going and putting in the work, slowly stuff will start to fit differently. You will start to feel better and maybe going to the gym is still daunting, it’s at least making progress! While I still am working on it, these two outfits are loose enough to hide all the things while still feeling adorable.

This week, these grey new balance sneakers are on sale making them under $50 and the reebok joggers are on sale making them under $25. I am totally going back tomorrow to grab another pair. I have them in the jersey and the fleece. Love both. The day I tried on joggers to get my first pair, I tried on about 10 pairs of all different brands. Reebok had my two favorite.

Instead of pulling your hair back into a regular ponytail, add some topsy turvy’s to it! (is that what they are called?!) You know, the “separate your hair above the ponytail and pull it through the loop that we all did in elementary. Makes it cute and stay out of your way better.


I only took two pictures this week. Next week, I will take more pictures of the outfits that I put together at the gym. Every Sunday I’ll have a gym outfit roundup! #TNGym
