Here in the Midwest, we can have up to three seasons in one day. We don’t dare put away our summer clothes just because it’s after Labor Day. A lot of times it’ll be pretty cold in the morning on the way to work and by the time you get home, you’re ready to jump in the pool. Layers are everything!!

I’ve worn this exact summer look a ton of times in the past month. It’s safe to say as fall rolls around with its hot apple cider, s’mores, and wine dates, I’ll be loving this tight dress even more with this cover up cardigan 😂🙈 the cardigan is the perfect length too for me, as it doesn’t cover up the dress completely in the back. Pairing grey and brown is one of my favorite things to do.

These shorts are some of my favorite because they are high-waisted. The tank is so light weight that it doesn’t feel too bulky when paired with this years plaid blazer. Pointy toed booties are new for me, and they have the perfect studded detailing on them.
