What is the weather like where you are right now? It’s getting closer to that magical time of year when the snow finally melts and warmer weather returns. Well, not for Missouri, but a girl can look forward to it! I love doing a full Spring refresh of my home to include lighter and brighter elements! Winter is all about moody hues and textures, but spring is dedicated to embracing the return of natural light and floral-inspired colors! And who can forget greenery!? Spring Decor can be incorporated in the following ways…
Throw Pillows and Blankets
As much as we love the faux furs and rich velvets of winter, spring is about the softer cotton and linen-based textures! The couches, accent chairs, and blanket baskets are all great places to swap out pillows and blankets. This may be the easiest way to change your seasonal decor.

Artwork, candles, and vases are all things I love swapping out with the seasons. There’s always an abundance of spring-inspired artwork. Whether you prefer modern art or vintage-inspired paintings, there’s a vast selection of options that incorporate spring’s color-forward and airy feelings. Of course, you do not have to swap out every home decor piece. Starting with statement rooms like the entryway and living area can make all the difference.
For spring, I love white artisan vases and large glass vessels. But, of course, gold frames with vintage art prints are my spring decor favorites!

Spring Decor- Greenery
Spring doesn’t always have to be about bright-colored flowers. I love brown stems with white or green accent leaves. White can be an incredibly powerful color due to the contrast it exudes. Adding those bright white pops around your home will do the trick if you’re dedicated to neutrals.

Spring Decor- Bedding
As it gets warmer, that thick and cozy duvet may need to be swapped out for a linen bedding set. However, adding white or pastel-colored bed blankets on top still provides the aesthetically pleasing layering effect without the added warmth of winter’s chunky cable knit throws.
